When you visit our site, we collect basic usage data: which pages you visit, how long you stay, which website sent you here, and your browser and device type. We use Independent Analytics for this. It is a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies. The data is stored on our own website server and is never shared with advertisers.
When you fill in our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, the service you're interested in, and your message.
We use analytics data to understand how people use our site and to improve it. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a useful website.
We use the details from our contact form to reply to you and to talk about working together. Our legal basis is taking steps, at your request, before a possible contract, plus our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
We will never send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

SiteGround hosts our website and our email. Google (Gmail) may receive copies of your enquiry emails.
Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect it from spam. To check you're a real person, reCAPTCHA collects information such as your IP address and how you interact with the page, and sends it to Google. It also sets a cookie. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the form free from spam and abuse. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
SiteGround and Gmail only process your data to provide their service to us. Google may store data outside the UK and EU, including in the US. When this happens, it is protected by legal safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We only share it with others if the law requires us to.
We keep contact form messages and related emails for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep records for as long as we need them for tax and legal reasons.
Our analytics tool does not use cookies. Our website uses a few essential cookies it needs to work properly, and our contact form uses a Google reCAPTCHA cookie to protect against spam (see above). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the data we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to how we use it
- ask us to limit how we use it

If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK or to the data protection authority in your country. We’d appreciate the chance to sort it out with you first.
Our website is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
