What is the project process like?
We are a small, dedicated studio, not an agency, and between us we will always know your project inside out. Before anything is designed or written, we take the time to get to know you. Not just what you do, but why it matters and how you want the world to experience it. Most clients tell us our discovery process shifts something. Our collaborations and conversations go deeper than most people expect, and that clarity doesn't just inform the website. It tends to change how you talk about what you do entirely.
I know what I do, but I can’t explain it or picture how it should look. Where do we start?
At the beginning. That’s what the first conversation is for. You don’t need to arrive with the words or a vision. Jess helps you find the words, and Jacks finds the visual world that fits them. We work on both together, so by the time anything is built, it all feels connected
Will I own everything when the project is finished?
Yes, both the Brand Foundation document and your website are yours. Every word written is handed over to you in full so all copy and design assets belong to your business from project completion. We build on WordPress, one of the most widely used and well-supported platforms in the world, so your website rests on a stable foundation.
