We start with you, not your brief.
Before anything is designed or written, we take the time to have a real conversation. To understand who you are, what you do, and what you want the world to understand when they encounter your brand. Our discovery process helps us go deeper. Candid answers are always the most useful ones.
Stage 02
Clarify
Seeing your brand before it exists.
This is a time for exploring and testing. We gather your assets and interpret your vision, your core values, your story and the people you want to reach, into your first visual concepts. This becomes a stylescape, which is a mood board of colours, fonts and image style that gives you a taste of how your brand could look before anything is final. We explore it together, develop it with your feedback, and move forward when it feels right.
Stage 03
Ground
Everything about your brand. In one place. Ready to build with.
Your Brand Foundation document brings everything together. You will see your colour palette alongside your brand voice, your typography next to your messaging, and your photography direction paired with the words that give it meaning. We ask two questions: does this feel like you, and will it reach the right people? We refine it until both answers are yes. Then it becomes the anchor for everything else.
Words reflect visuals. Visuals support words.

Stage 04
Build
Strategy, story, and the space to hold it.
With your Brand Foundation as our guide, we design, build and write your site; every visual decision and every word is anchored in the clarity we have established together. Design and content are woven through the process simultaneously. The result is a website that clearly communicates your work and your value, and speaks to your ideal audience.
Stage 05
Grow
We don't disappear when the website goes live.
As you evolve, your brand and website should evolve with you. We offer retainer packages that include site updates, new content, strategy sessions, and redesigns when the time comes. Most of our clients have been with us for years, and that trust is precious to us.

Stay
We built it. We look after it.
Our Indra Care Plan is available as an ongoing monthly package to keep your website supported. WordPress updates, plugin and theme maintenance, monthly backups, and a clear performance report delivered to you every month. You focus on your business. We make sure your website keeps working as hard as you do.
